CAMPING AMENITIES

All RV camping spaces include:

• High-speed Wi-Fi

• Water hookups

• 30/50 amp electrical hookups

Our RV spaces are level, easy to access, and can accommodate rigs up to 65 feet long.

CAMPING RATES

• $30 per space

• Includes one RV and one additional vehicle

WHAT DOES MY CAMPING REGISTRATION INCLUDE?

Your registration reserves one designated RV camping space during the event weekend with access to all listed utilities and amenities.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes! Dogs are welcome during the event. For the safety and comfort of all guests:

• Animals may not be tethered to utilities, trees, fences, or structures

• All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of immediately by the pet owner

WHAT ARE THE QUIET HOURS?

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of fellow exhibitors, guests, and neighboring campers.

WHERE DO I DISPOSE OF GARBAGE?

Please help us keep the grounds clean:

• Dispose of all garbage in designated dumpsters

• Place recyclables in the recycling bins provided

• No glass containers are permitted outside of RVs or campsites

ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?

No refunds or credits no exceptions

We do not refund or credit for issues

• Early departures

• Weather conditions

• Discomforts related to outdoor camping or nature

Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly for Oregon weather and outdoor conditions.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Mt Hood Center reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who does not follow campground policies or creates unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful conditions. Thank you for helping us create a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone attending the event.
